בקצרה
שומרים רק מה שצריך כדי למצוא משרות ולעזור בהגשה: חשבון, פרופיל, קורות חיים, חיפושים, משרות והגשות.
שום הגשה לא נשלחת בלי לחיצה שלך. העוזר לא יוצר חשבונות, לא מקליד סיסמאות ולא פותר בדיקות אבטחה.
קורות חיים, צילום האישור וההתחברויות השמורות מוצפנים בשרת (AES-256-GCM).
אין פרסומות, אין כלי אנליטיקה או מעקב, ואין מכירה של מידע.
אפשר לייצא את כל המידע או למחוק את החשבון בכל רגע, מעמוד ההגדרות.
1. מי אנחנו
Easy2Find (easy2find.co.il, "השירות") סורק את לוחות המשרות של חברות, מתאים משרות לחיפושים ששמרת, שולח התראות ועוזר להגיש מועמדות. את השירות מפעילה Easy2Find, ישראל ("אנחנו"), והיא האחראית למידע שמתואר כאן (בעלת מאגר המידע, ובלשון GDPR – controller).
בכניסה עם Google מתקבלים רק כתובת האימייל (מאומתת), השם, תמונת הפרופיל ומזהה החשבון ב-Google. הכניסה מבקשת את ההרשאות openid, email ו-profile בלבד, ולא נשמר ממנה טוקן גישה ל-Google. נשמרים גם מועד ההסכמה לתנאים והגרסה שאושרה, מועד פתיחת החשבון והשימוש האחרון, והעדפות תצוגה קטנות (למשל ערכת הצבעים, או אם להציג שוב את ההצעה להתקין את התוסף).
פרופיל המועמד
מה שממלאים בעמוד קורות החיים כדי שאפשר יהיה למלא טפסי הגשה: שם באנגלית ובעברית, אימייל, טלפון, עיר (באנגלית ובעברית), מדינה, קישור ללינקדאין, טקסט "קצת עליי", ותשובות לשאלות שחוזרות בטפסים: השכלה (סטטוס, תחום, מוסד, שנה), שנות ניסיון, מספר מעסיקים, תפקיד נוכחי, נכונות לנסיעות לחו"ל, זמינות ותקופת הודעה מוקדמת, וציפיות שכר. לכל ערך נרשם אם חולץ מקורות החיים או נכתב ידנית. ערך שנכתב ידנית לא נדרס.
קורות חיים
עד חמישה קובצי קורות חיים, עם השם שנתת לכל אחד, איזה מהם ברירת המחדל, ופרטים שחולצו מכל קובץ: כלים וטכנולוגיות, שנות ניסיון, מספר מעסיקים, תפקיד נוכחי וטקסט "עליי". הפרטים של כל קובץ משמשים רק כשהקובץ הזה נשלח.
חיפושים, משרות והגשות
החיפושים השמורים: מילות מפתח, מילים להחרגה, מיקומים, רמות, אופן עבודה, וקורות החיים שמשויכים לכל חיפוש.
המשרות שהותאמו לך והמצב שלהן (חדשה, נצפתה, נשמרה, הוסתרה).
פרטי כל הגשה: השלב (הוגש, ראיון, הצעה, לא התקדם), המועד, קורות החיים והמכתב המקדים ששימשו, ויומן ההגשה – השלבים של כל ניסיון, בלי הטקסט שהוקלד.
הראיה לכך שההגשה נשלחה: עד 300 תווים מדף האישור, קוד התשובה של מערכת הגיוס, או (כשרלוונטי) נושא ומועד מייל האישור.

אחרי הגשה דרך הדפדפן של Easy2Find נשמר צילום מסך אחד של דף האישור, מוצפן, ומוצג לך ליד ההגשה. לא מצלמים כששדה סיסמה בפוקוס.
התחברויות שמורות (רק אם התחברת)
אם התחברת לאתר גיוס (למשל Workday של חברה), או פתחת בו חשבון בעצמך, בתצוגה החיה, העוגיות והאחסון המקומי של אותו אתר נשמרים מוצפנים, כדי שלא יהיה צורך להתחבר שוב בהגשה הבאה. בנוסף נשמרת רשימה של האתרים האלה (כתובת האתר, מערכת הגיוס והמועד) כדי להציג אותה בהגדרות. אפשר למחוק אתר אחד או את כולם בכל רגע: הגדרות ← התחברויות שמורות.
התוסף לכרום, מכשירים וסשנים
התוסף: חיבור של התוסף יוצר סשן מוגבל למכשיר (ראו סעיף 5).
התראות לטלפון: אם הפעלת התראות באפליקציה – טוקן ההתראות (Expo) של המכשיר, סוג המכשיר ומצב המסירה האחרון.
סשנים: מזהה הסשן, מועדי פתיחה ותפוגה, שימוש אחרון, ו-160 התווים הראשונים של מחרוזת הדפדפן (User-Agent), כדי לזהות ולנתק מכשירים.
מוני שימוש
מספר ההגשות בחודש (לצורך המכסה) ועלות השימוש ב-AI לכל הגשה ולכל סריקה (לניהול התקציב).
רשימת המתנה והזמנות
אם השארת אימייל ברשימת ההמתנה: האימייל, שפת הדף ומועד ההרשמה. אם נכנסת עם קוד הזמנה: איזה קוד מומש ומתי.
מידע טכני
כתובת ה-IP משמשת בזיכרון השרת להגבלת קצב (למשל חמישה ניסיונות כניסה בדקה) ואינה נשמרת במסד הנתונים שלנו. ספק האירוח עשוי לרשום כתובות IP ביומני התעבורה שלו, לפי מדיניות השמירה שלו. חיפושים בדף הבית ללא כניסה לא נשמרים.
מה לא נאסף
סיסמאות לאתרים אחרים, פרטי אמצעי תשלום (אין חיוב כרגע), מיקום מהמכשיר, וכל מידע לצורכי פרסום או אנליטיקה.
3. למה ועל איזה בסיס
כדי לתת את השירות שביקשת (ביצוע ההסכם): סריקה והתאמה של משרות (בערך כל 15 דקות ביום ופעם בשעה בלילה), התראות, מילוי טפסים, לוח ההגשות.
כדי להפעיל ולאבטח את השירות (אינטרס לגיטימי): הגבלות קצב, מניעת שימוש לרעה, גיבויים, בקרת עלויות.
בהסכמה נפרדת, שאפשר לבטל בכל רגע: התחברויות שמורות, התראות לטלפון, התוסף, ושליחת הגשות מה-Gmail שלך.
כשהחוק מחייב.
שימוש ב-AI: הבינה המלאכותית של השירות (הספק: Anthropic) מסכמת משרות, מחלצת פרטים מקורות החיים, מנסחת טקסט "קצת עליי" ומכתבים מקדימים, וממלאת טפסים. אנחנו לא משתמשים במידע לפרסום, לא מוכרים אותו, ולא מאמנים עליו מודלים.
4. ההגשה האוטומטית ("הגש אותי")
הדפדפן שממלא את הטופס רץ בשרתים של Easy2Find (Fly.io, פרנקפורט). כשההגשה רצה על מכונה ייעודית, המכונה נמחקת בסוף ההגשה.
לפני שנפתח דפדפן בודקים שהמשרה עדיין פתוחה.
הבינה המלאכותית של השירות מקבלת את תוכן הטופס ואת הפרטים מהפרופיל ומקורות החיים שבחרת, ממלאת את השדות ומצרפת את הקובץ. הקובץ מפוענח רק לתיקייה זמנית של אותה הגשה, שנמחקת בסופה.
תצוגה חיה: אפשר לראות את הדפדפן ולהקליד או ללחוץ בו. התמונות לא נשמרות. שדות סיסמה מכוסים בתוך הדפדפן לפני שנוצרת תמונה, וכשאי אפשר לכסות שדה כזה התצוגה נעצרת. ערך של שדה סיסמה לא נשלח לספק ה-AI, ומה שמוקלד אף פעם לא נרשם ביומנים.
שום דבר לא נשלח בלי הלחיצה שלך על "שלח את ההגשה", והשליחה מתבצעת פעם אחת בלבד.
העוזר לא יוצר חשבונות, לא מקליד סיסמאות, לא פותר captcha ולא עוקף הגנות של אתרים. כשאתר דורש חשבון, ההתחברות או פתיחת החשבון נעשות על ידך בתצוגה החיה; כשאתר חוסם, ממשיכים ידנית. כשההגשה מחכה לך, אפשר לקבל על כך התראה לטלפון.
הפרטים שבטופס וקובץ קורות החיים נשלחים למעסיק ולמערכת הגיוס שלו (למשל Greenhouse, Comeet, Workday) – זו מטרת ההגשה. הם מטפלים במידע לפי מדיניות הפרטיות שלהם.
משרות מאתרי צבירה (לינקדאין, Glassdoor וכו') מגיעות רק מהתראות מייל. לפני הגשה מאתרים את המשרה באתר המעסיק עצמו; אנחנו לא מפעילים דפדפן באתרי הצבירה.
5. התוסף לכרום (Easy2Find Apply)
התוסף ממלא טפסי הגשה של Comeet בלשונית שלך, בדפדפן שלך. הוא רץ רק בדפים של www.comeet.com ומתקשר רק עם Easy2Find.
הוא מקבל מאיתנו "תוכנית הגשה": השדות למילוי (שם, אימייל, טלפון, לינקדאין, עיר, מדינה, ומכתב מקדים אם נכתב) וקישור חתום לקובץ קורות החיים שתקף עשר דקות.
את Submit לוחצים בעצמכם. התוסף לא לוחץ על שליחה.
אחרי הלחיצה הוא בודק את הדף ומדווח לנו רק את התוצאה: נשלח, נכשל, נחסם או לא אושר, עם עד 300 תווים מהטקסט שהופיע, כתובת הדף וקוד התשובה.
בדפדפן נשמרים רק כתובת Easy2Find וטוקן החיבור. הטוקן מאפשר רק שתי פעולות – קבלת תוכנית ודיווח תוצאה – ולא גישה לחשבון. אפשר לנתק בכל רגע: הגדרות ← "ניתוק התוסף".
התוסף לא קורא היסטוריית גלישה, לא אתרים אחרים ולא עוגיות.
6. Gmail ונתוני Google
Easy2Find לא קורא את תיבת ה-Gmail של אף משתמש. יש שני חיבורים ל-Gmail בלבד: התיבה הפרטית של מפעיל השירות, לשימוש האישי שלה (קריאת התראות משרות ואישורי הגשה של המפעיל, ושליחת סיכום יומי לאותה תיבה), ושליחת הגשה מה-Gmail שלך, אם בחרת בזה.
שליחת הגשה מה-Gmail שלך
חלק מהמשרות (למשל ב-Comeet) מקבלות הגשה גם במייל, לכתובת שהמעסיק מפרסם למשרה. כשבוחרים "הגשה במייל":
ההרשאה gmail.send מתבקשת בנפרד, רק בפעם הראשונה ששולחים הגשה במייל. הכניסה עצמה נשארת עם openid, email ו-profile בלבד.
ההרשאה מאפשרת רק לשלוח. אנחנו לא קוראים, לא מחפשים, לא משנים ולא מוחקים מיילים.
כל מייל נבנה באפליקציה מקורות החיים שבחרת, נשלח רק לכתובת שהמעסיק פרסם למשרה, מוצג לך במלואו לפני השליחה ונשלח רק אחרי הלחיצה שלך. מייל אחד לכל הגשה.
נשמרים רק מזהה ההודעה ומזהה השרשור שמחזירה Google, הנמען, הנושא ומועד השליחה. תוכן המייל והקובץ לא נשמרים אצלנו.
טוקן ההרשאה נשמר מוצפן. אפשר לנתק בהגדרות או ב-myaccount.google.com/permissions. ניתוק או מחיקת החשבון מבטלים את הטוקן גם אצל Google.
Limited Use. השימוש של Easy2Find במידע שמתקבל מ-Google APIs, והעברתו לכל אפליקציה אחרת, יעמדו ב-Google API Services User Data Policy, כולל דרישות ה-Limited Use. בנוסח המחייב באנגלית:
Easy2Find's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
בפועל: מידע מ-Google משמש רק לתכונות שמוצגות לך (כניסה, ושליחת הגשה במייל); הוא לא מועבר לאחרים אלא כשזה נחוץ לתכונה, לאבטחה או לפי חוק; אדם לא קורא אותו בלי הסכמתך, אלא לצורכי אבטחה או לפי חוק; הוא לא משמש לפרסום, לא נמכר, לא משמש להערכת אשראי, ולא משמש לאימון מודלים של AI.
7. מי מעבד את המידע
Fly.io – אירוח השרתים, האחסון המוצפן והגיבויים, באזור פרנקפורט (גרמניה), כולל הדפדפן שממלא טפסים.
Anthropic – ספק ה-AI שלנו: תוכן דפי משרות וטפסי הגשה, הפרטים מהפרופיל ומקורות החיים שצריך לטופס, קובץ קורות החיים לחילוץ פרטים, הטקסט שלו לניסוח "קצת עליי", וניסוח מכתבים מקדימים.
Google – הכניסה לחשבון; גופני האתר (Google Fonts) נטענים משרתי Google; Gmail כמתואר בסעיף 6.
Cloudflare – DNS וניתוב מיילים של הדומיין; ספריית קריאת PDF (cdnjs) שנטענת בדפדפן כשמסכמים קורות חיים; ובדיקת Turnstile בהרשמה, אם היא מופעלת (Cloudflare מקבלת בה גם את כתובת ה-IP).
Resend – מיילים של השירות מהכתובת noreply@easy2find.co.il, רק לכתובת שלך.
Brave Search – שמות חברות, כותרות משרות ומילות חיפוש, כדי למצוא את המשרה באתר המעסיק. אף פעם לא שם, פרטי קשר או קורות חיים.
Expo – התראות לאפליקציה בטלפון (Expo מעבירה אותן לשירותי ההתראות של Apple ו-Google). ntfy.sh משמש רק להתראות לטלפון של מפעיל השירות.
מעסיקים ומערכות הגיוס שלהם – מה שבחרת להגיש.
לא מוכרים מידע, לא משתפים אותו לצורכי פרסום, ולא חושפים מידע של חשבון אחד לחשבון אחר. מידע ימסר לרשויות רק כשהחוק מחייב.
8. העברה מחוץ לישראל
השרתים נמצאים באיחוד האירופי (פרנקפורט). חלק מהספקים (Anthropic, Google, Cloudflare, Resend, Brave, Expo) מעבדים מידע גם בארצות הברית.
9. אבטחה
כל התעבורה ב-HTTPS, עם HSTS.
קובצי קורות חיים וצילומי אישור מוצפנים במנוחה ב-AES-256-GCM. גם ההתחברויות השמורות מוצפנות ב-AES-256-GCM, במפתח נפרד.
עוגיית הסשן חתומה, HttpOnly, Secure ו-SameSite=Lax, ותקפה עד 30 יום.
המידע של כל חשבון מופרד, ואין אפשרות לקרוא מידע של חשבון אחר. לטוקן של התוסף יש הרשאות מינימליות.
הגבלות קצב על כניסה, הרשמה וחיפוש.
אין מערכת בטוחה לחלוטין. אם יקרה אירוע אבטחה שנוגע למידע שלך, נודיע לך ולרשות להגנת הפרטיות כפי שהחוק מחייב.

11. הזכויות שלך
עיון וייצוא: הגדרות ← החשבון שלך ← "ייצוא הנתונים שלי" מוריד קובץ אחד עם פרטי החשבון, הפרופיל, ההגדרות, החיפושים, המשרות וההגשות (כולל היומנים), רשימת ההתחברויות השמורות וקובצי קורות החיים.
תיקון: אפשר לערוך בכל רגע את הפרופיל, קורות החיים, החיפושים וההגשות באפליקציה, או לפנות אלינו.
מחיקה: הגדרות ← "מחק את החשבון שלי" מוחק מיד את החשבון, הפרופיל, ההגדרות, קובצי קורות החיים וצילומי האישור, החיפושים, המשרות וההגשות, ההתחברויות השמורות, הסשנים (יציאה מכל המכשירים), טוקני ההתראות ומוני השימוש. עותקים בגיבויים נעלמים תוך 14 יום, ובצילומי המצב של הכונן תוך 5 ימים.
ביטול הסכמות: מחיקת ההתחברויות השמורות, ניתוק התוסף, כיבוי התראות, וניתוק Gmail – כל אחד בנפרד, מעמוד ההגדרות.
התנגדות ותלונה: אפשר לפנות אלינו בכל שאלה או בקשה, ולהגיש תלונה לרשות להגנת הפרטיות (ובאיחוד האירופי – גם לרשות הפיקוח המקומית).

אין עוגיות של פרסום, אנליטיקה או מעקב, ואין סקריפטים של צד שלישי לצורך כזה. משאבים חיצוניים נטענים רק לצורכי תפקוד: גופנים מ-Google Fonts, ספריית PDF מ-cdnjs (Cloudflare), ו-Turnstile של Cloudflare בהרשמה אם הוא מופעל.
13. גיל
השירות מיועד לגילאי 18 ומעלה, ואיננו אוספים ביודעין מידע על קטינים. אם יתברר שנפתח חשבון לפני גיל 18, נמחק אותו.
14. דין והגנת פרטיות
אנחנו פועלים לפי חוק הגנת הפרטיות, התשמ"א-1981, כולל תיקון 13, ולפי תקנות הגנת הפרטיות (אבטחת מידע), התשע"ז-2017. למבקרים מהאיחוד האירופי חל גם ה-GDPR.
15. שינויים ויצירת קשר
על שינוי מהותי במדיניות נודיע מראש באפליקציה או במייל, וכשצריך נבקש הסכמה מחדש בכניסה הבאה. תאריך העדכון האחרון ותאריך התחילה מופיעים בראש העמוד.

We keep only what is needed to find jobs and help you apply: your account, profile, résumés, searches, jobs and applications.
Nothing is submitted without your click. The assistant never creates accounts, never types passwords and never solves security checks.
Résumés, the confirmation screenshot and saved sign-ins are encrypted on our servers (AES-256-GCM).
No ads, no analytics or tracking tools, and we never sell data.
You can export all your data or delete your account at any time from Settings.
1. Who we are
Easy2Find (easy2find.co.il, "the service") reads companies' job boards, matches postings to the searches you save, sends alerts and helps you apply. The service is operated by Easy2Find, Israel ("we"), which is responsible for the data described here (the database owner under Israeli law, the controller under the GDPR).
When you sign in with Google we receive only your (verified) email address, name, profile picture and Google account ID. Sign-in asks for the openid, email and profile scopes only, and no Google access token is kept from it. We also store when you accepted the terms and which version, when the account was created and last used, and small display preferences (for example the colour theme, or whether to show the extension suggestion again).
Candidate profile
What you fill in on the résumé page so application forms can be completed: name in English and Hebrew, email, phone, city (English and Hebrew), country, LinkedIn URL, an "about me" text, and answers to questions that recur in forms: education (status, field, institution, year), years of experience, number of employers, current role, willingness to travel abroad, availability and notice period, and salary expectations. Each value records whether it was extracted from a résumé or typed by you; a value you typed is never overwritten.
Résumés
Up to five résumé files, with the name you gave each, which one is the default, and facts extracted from each file: tools and technologies, years of experience, number of employers, current role and an "about me" text. A résumé's facts are used only when that résumé is sent.
Searches, jobs and applications
Saved searches: keywords, excluded words, locations, levels, work mode, and the résumé attached to each search.
Jobs matched for you and their state (new, seen, saved, hidden).
Each application: its stage (applied, interview, offer, not moving forward), date, the résumé and cover letter used, and an application log – the steps of each attempt, without anything you typed.
Evidence that an application was sent: up to 300 characters of the confirmation page, the hiring system's response code, or (where relevant) the subject and time of the confirmation email.

After an application submitted through the Easy2Find browser, one screenshot of the confirmation page is stored, encrypted, and shown next to the application. No screenshot is taken while a password field has focus.
Saved sign-ins (only if you sign in)
If you sign in to a hiring site (for example a company's Workday), or create an account there yourself, in the live view, that site's cookies and local storage are saved, encrypted, so you do not have to sign in again next time. We also keep a list of those sites (the site, its hiring system and the time) to show in Settings. You can forget one site or all of them at any time: Settings → Saved sign-ins.
Chrome extension, devices and sessions
Extension: pairing the extension creates a device-limited session (see section 5).
Phone notifications: if you turn on notifications in the app – the device's push token (Expo), the device type and the last delivery status.
Sessions: session ID, created and expiry times, last use, and the first 160 characters of the browser's User-Agent string, so devices can be recognised and signed out.
Usage counters
The number of applications per month (for the quota) and the AI cost of each application and scan (to manage the budget).
Waitlist and invitations
If you leave your email on the waitlist: the email, the page language and the time. If you sign up with an invitation code: which code was used and when.
Technical data
Your IP address is used in server memory for rate limiting (for example five sign-in attempts a minute) and is not stored in our database. Our hosting provider may record IP addresses in its traffic logs, under its own retention policy. Searches on the public home page without signing in are not stored.
What we do not collect
Passwords for other sites, payment details (there is no billing at present), device location, or anything for advertising or analytics.
3. Why, and on what basis
To provide the service you asked for (performance of our agreement): reading and matching jobs (about every 15 minutes during the day and hourly at night), alerts, form filling, the applications board.
To run and secure the service (legitimate interests): rate limits, abuse prevention, backups, cost control.
With your separate consent, which you can withdraw at any time: saved sign-ins, phone notifications, the extension, and sending applications from your Gmail.
Where the law requires it.
AI: the service's artificial intelligence (provider: Anthropic) summarises job postings, extracts facts from résumés, drafts the "about me" text and cover letters, and fills forms. We do not use your data for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not train models on it.
4. Automatic applications ("Apply for me")
The browser that fills the form runs on Easy2Find's servers (Fly.io, Frankfurt). When an application runs on a dedicated machine, that machine is destroyed when the application ends.
Before a browser opens, we check that the job is still open.
The service's AI receives the form's content and the details from your profile and chosen résumé, fills the fields and attaches the file. The file is decrypted only into a temporary folder for that application, which is deleted at the end.
Live view: you can watch the browser and type or click in it. The pictures are not stored. Password fields are covered inside the browser before any picture is made, and when a field cannot be covered the view pauses. A password field's value is never sent to the AI provider, and what you type is never written to logs.
Nothing is sent without your click on "Submit the application", and the form is submitted exactly once.
The assistant never creates accounts, never types passwords, never solves captchas and never bypasses a site's protections. When a site needs an account, you sign in or create it yourself in the live view; when a site blocks us, you finish by hand. When an application is waiting for you, you can get a phone notification.
The form's details and your résumé file go to the employer and its hiring system (for example Greenhouse, Comeet, Workday) – that is the purpose of applying. They handle the data under their own privacy policies.
Jobs from aggregator sites (LinkedIn, Glassdoor and similar) reach us only through alert emails. Before applying we find the posting on the employer's own site; we never run a browser on aggregator sites.
5. The Chrome extension (Easy2Find Apply)
The extension fills Comeet application forms in your own tab, in your own browser. It runs only on www.comeet.com pages and talks only to Easy2Find.
It receives an "application plan" from us: the fields to fill (name, email, phone, LinkedIn, city, country, and a cover letter if one was written) and a signed link to your résumé file that is valid for ten minutes.
You click Submit yourself. The extension never clicks submit.
After your click it reads the page and reports only the outcome: sent, failed, blocked or unconfirmed, with up to 300 characters of the text that appeared, the page URL and the response code.
The browser stores only the Easy2Find address and the pairing token. The token allows exactly two actions – fetching a plan and reporting a result – and gives no access to your account. You can disconnect at any time: Settings → "Disconnect extension".
The extension does not read your browsing history, other sites or cookies.
6. Gmail and Google user data
Easy2Find does not read any user's Gmail. There are only two Gmail connections: the service operator's own private mailbox, for the operator's own use (reading the operator's job alerts and application confirmations, and sending a daily summary to that same mailbox), and sending an application from your own Gmail, if you choose to.
Sending an application from your Gmail
Some jobs (for example on Comeet) also accept applications by email, at an address the employer publishes for the position. When you choose "Apply by email":
We ask for the gmail.send permission separately, only the first time you send an application by email. Sign-in itself stays limited to openid, email and profile.
This permission only lets us send. We never read, search, modify or delete your email.
Each email is composed in the app from the résumé you chose, sent only to the address the employer published for the position, shown to you in full before sending, and sent only after your click. One email per application.
We keep only the message ID and thread ID Google returns, the recipient, the subject and the time sent. The email's text and the attached file are not stored by us.
The authorization token is stored encrypted. You can disconnect in Settings or at myaccount.google.com/permissions; disconnecting or deleting your account also revokes the token at Google.
Limited Use disclosure. Easy2Find's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
In practice: data from Google is used only to provide the features you see (sign-in, and sending an application by email); it is not transferred to others except as necessary to provide those features, for security, or to comply with the law; no person reads it without your consent, except for security or legal reasons; it is never used for advertising, never sold, never used for credit or lending decisions, and never used to train AI models.
7. Who processes data
Fly.io – hosting, encrypted storage and backups, in the Frankfurt (Germany) region, including the browser that fills forms.
Anthropic – our AI provider: the content of job pages and application forms, the profile and résumé details a form needs, the résumé file for fact extraction, its text for drafting "about me", and cover-letter drafting.
Google – sign-in; the site's fonts (Google Fonts) load from Google's servers; Gmail as described in section 6.
Cloudflare – the domain's DNS and email routing; a PDF-reading library (cdnjs) loaded in your browser when a résumé is summarised; and the Turnstile check at sign-up, when enabled (Cloudflare also receives your IP address for it).
Resend – service emails from noreply@easy2find.co.il, only to your own address.
Brave Search – company names, job titles and search keywords, to find the employer's own posting. Never your name, contact details or résumé.
Expo – push notifications to the mobile app (Expo passes them to Apple's and Google's push services). ntfy.sh is used only for the service operator's own phone.
Employers and their hiring systems – whatever you choose to submit.
We never sell data, never share it for advertising, and never let one user see another user's data. Data is disclosed to authorities only when the law requires it.
8. Transfers outside Israel
Our servers are in the European Union (Frankfurt). Some providers (Anthropic, Google, Cloudflare, Resend, Brave, Expo) also process data in the United States.
9. Security
All traffic uses HTTPS, with HSTS.
Résumé files and confirmation screenshots are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM. Saved sign-ins are also encrypted with AES-256-GCM, under a separate key.
The session cookie is signed, HttpOnly, Secure and SameSite=Lax, and valid for up to 30 days.
Each user's data is kept apart; no user can read another user's data. The extension's token has minimal permissions.
Rate limits on sign-in, sign-up and search.
No system is perfectly secure. If a security incident affects your data, we will notify you and the Privacy Protection Authority as the law requires.

11. Your rights
Access and export: Settings → Your account → "Export my data" downloads one file with your account details, profile, settings, searches, jobs and applications (including logs), the list of saved sign-ins and your résumé files.
Correction: you can edit your profile, résumés, searches and applications in the app at any time, or write to us.
Deletion: Settings → "Delete my account" immediately deletes your account, profile, settings, résumé files and confirmation screenshots, searches, jobs and applications, saved sign-ins, sessions (signing you out everywhere), push tokens and usage counters. Copies in backups disappear within 14 days, and in volume snapshots within 5 days.
Withdrawing consent: forget saved sign-ins, disconnect the extension, turn off notifications and disconnect Gmail – each separately, from Settings.
Objection and complaints: you can contact us with any question or request, and complain to the Israeli Privacy Protection Authority (and, in the EU, to your local supervisory authority).
e2f_session – your session. HttpOnly, Secure, SameSite=Lax, up to 30 days.
e2f_oauth – only during Google sign-in, ten minutes (protects the sign-in flow).
e2f_invite – after you enter an invitation code, 15 minutes.
Your browser's localStorage keeps display preferences such as the colour theme, language and filters. They are not sent to us, except the colour theme of a signed-in user, which is also saved in the account so it follows you across devices.
There are no advertising, analytics or tracking cookies, and no third-party scripts for such purposes. External resources load only to make the site work: fonts from Google Fonts, a PDF library from cdnjs (Cloudflare), and Cloudflare Turnstile at sign-up when enabled.
13. Age
The service is intended for people aged 18 and over, and we do not knowingly collect data about minors. If we learn that an account was opened by someone under 18, we will delete it.
14. Applicable privacy law
We follow the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981, including Amendment 13, and the Protection of Privacy (Data Security) Regulations, 5777-2017. For visitors in the European Union the GDPR also applies.
15. Changes and contact
We will announce material changes to this policy in advance, in the app or by email, and ask for consent again at your next sign-in where needed. The last-updated and effective dates appear at the top of this page.
