Easy2Find מוצא משרות ועוזר להגיש. השירות ניתן כמות שהוא, בגרסת בטא.
שום הגשה לא נשלחת בלי לחיצה שלך, והאחריות לתוכן שנשלח בשמך היא שלך.
העוזר לא יוצר חשבונות, לא מקליד סיסמאות ולא פותר בדיקות אבטחה באתרים אחרים.
השירות חינמי בתקופת הבטא, עם מכסות שימוש.
1. מי אנחנו והסכמה לתנאים
השירות Easy2Find (easy2find.co.il) מופעל בישראל על ידי Easy2Find ("אנחנו"). יצירת קשר: support@easy2find.co.il.
הכניסה לשירות מותנית בסימון ההסכמה לתנאים האלה ולמדיניות הפרטיות. השירות מיועד לגילאי 18 ומעלה.
2. השירות
Easy2Find קורא את לוחות המשרות הפומביים של חברות, מתאים משרות לחיפושים ששמרת, שולח התראות ומציע שלוש דרכים להגיש: עוזר שממלא את הטופס בדפדפן שרץ בשרתים שלנו, תוסף לכרום שממלא טפסים בדפדפן שלך, ובעתיד שליחה במייל מה-Gmail שלך. השירות נמצא בבטא וניתן כמות שהוא (AS IS): ייתכן שמשרה כבר נסגרה, שהמידע עליה לא מדויק, שטופס לא ימולא במלואו או שאתר לא יקבל את ההגשה. אין התחייבות לזימון לראיון או לקבלה לעבודה.
3. החשבון
נכנסים עם חשבון Google. בתקופת הבטא ההרשמה בהזמנה בלבד.
חשבון אחד לאדם, לשימושך האישי בחיפוש עבודה. אסור לפתוח חשבון בשם מישהו אחר.
האחריות לשמור על הגישה לחשבון ועל המכשירים המחוברים אליו היא שלך. אפשר לנתק מכשירים ואת התוסף מעמוד ההגדרות.
4. הגשות בשמך – האחריות שלך
"הגש אותי" מסמיך את Easy2Find למלא בשמך טופס הגשה במשרה שבחרת, עם הפרטים מהפרופיל ומקורות החיים שבחרת.
שום דבר לא נשלח בלי הלחיצה שלך: על "שלח את ההגשה" בעוזר, על Submit באתר כשמשתמשים בתוסף, או על "שלח" בתצוגה המקדימה של מייל (כשהאפשרות תופעל). כל הגשה נשלחת פעם אחת.
לפני הלחיצה, הבדיקה של הטופס, הפרטים, קורות החיים והמכתב המקדים היא באחריותך.
המידע שמוזן לשירות צריך להיות נכון, עדכני ושלך. האחריות לתוכן ההגשות שנשלחות בשמך ולתוצאותיהן מול המעסיק היא שלך בלבד.
"נשלח" מסומן רק כשיש ראיה: דף אישור, תשובה של מערכת הגיוס או מייל אישור. בלי ראיה ההגשה מסומנת "לא אושרה", וכדאי לבדוק את המייל.
5. מה העוזר לא עושה
לא יוצר חשבונות באתרים של מעסיקים או של מערכות גיוס.
לא מקליד סיסמאות. כשצריך להתחבר או לפתוח חשבון באתר, עושים את זה בעצמכם בתצוגה החיה, והאחריות לחשבון הזה היא שלך.
לא פותר captcha ולא עוקף בדיקות אבטחה או חסימות. כשאתר חוסם, ממשיכים ידנית באתר עצמו.
לא לוחץ על שליחה בלי הלחיצה שלך, ולא שולח את אותה הגשה פעמיים.
6. אתרים של צד שלישי
לוחות המשרות, אתרי המעסיקים ומערכות הגיוס שייכים לצדדים שלישיים, ול-Easy2Find אין קשר אליהם. השימוש שלך בהם כפוף לתנאים שלהם, והתחייבות לכבד את התנאים האלה היא חלק מהשימוש בשירות.
אנחנו לא סורקים ולא מפעילים אוטומציה באתרי צבירה של משרות, כמו לינקדאין, Glassdoor, Indeed, AllJobs, דרושים ו-JobMaster. משרות מהם מגיעות רק מהתראות מייל שהגדרת בעצמך באותם אתרים. לפני הגשה מאתרים את המשרה באתר המעסיק עצמו; כשאין כזו, ההגשה נעשית באתר המפרסם, ידנית.
Easy2Find לא אחראי לתוכן, לזמינות או לפעולות של אתרים של צד שלישי, כולל החלטות של מעסיקים.
7. שימוש מותר
אסור:
להגיש בשם אדם אחר, או לשלוח הגשות המוניות שאינן חיפוש עבודה אמיתי שלך.
להזין מידע כוזב, מטעה, פוגעני או מידע של אחרים בלי רשות.
לאסוף מידע מהשירות באופן אוטומטי (scraping), לעקוף מגבלות קצב או מכסות, או לנסות לגשת למידע של משתמשים אחרים.
לפגוע באבטחה או בתפקוד של השירות, של אתרי מעסיקים או של מערכות גיוס.
להשתמש בשירות בניגוד לחוק.
8. מכסות
לכל חשבון יש מכסות, והן מוצגות באפליקציה. בתקופת הבטא, כברירת מחדל: 10 הגשות אוטומטיות בחודש, 3 חיפושים שמורים ו-5 קובצי קורות חיים. הגשה נספרת במכסה רק כשיש ראיה שנשלחה. אנחנו רשאים לשנות מכסות, ובשעות עומס הגשה עלולה להמתין או להתעכב.
9. מחיר
השירות חינמי בתקופת הבטא. אם תתווסף תוכנית בתשלום, המחיר והתנאים יוצגו מראש, ושום חיוב לא ייעשה בלי הסכמה מפורשת ונפרדת.
10. שימוש ב-AI
השירות נעזר בבינה מלאכותית (הספק: Anthropic) כדי לקרוא דפי משרות, לסכם אותן, לחלץ פרטים מקורות חיים, לנסח טקסטים ולמלא טפסים. AI יכול לטעות, ולכן כל מה שנשלח בשמך מוצג לך לפני השליחה.
11. תוכן וקניין רוחני
הזכויות בתוכן שהעלית (קורות חיים, פרופיל, מכתבים) נשארות שלך. מסירת התוכן לשירות מתירה לנו להשתמש בו רק כדי לתת לך את השירות, כמתואר במדיניות הפרטיות. השירות, הקוד, השם והעיצוב של Easy2Find שייכים למפעיל. מודעות הדרושים שייכות למפרסמים שלהן.
12. פרטיות
איך נאסף, נשמר ומוגן המידע מתואר במדיניות הפרטיות, שהיא חלק מהתנאים האלה.
13. שינויים וזמינות
השירות עשוי להשתנות, להיות מושהה או להיפסק, כולן או חלקו. על שינוי מהותי בתנאים נודיע מראש באפליקציה או במייל, וכשצריך נבקש הסכמה מחדש בכניסה הבאה. המשך השימוש אחרי תאריך התחילה של גרסה חדשה הוא הסכמה לה.
14. סיום
אפשר להפסיק להשתמש בשירות בכל רגע, ולמחוק את החשבון מעמוד ההגדרות. המחיקה מיידית, כמתואר במדיניות הפרטיות.
אנחנו רשאים להשעות או לסגור חשבון שמפר את התנאים, שמסכן את השירות, משתמשים אחרים או צדדים שלישיים, או כשהחוק מחייב. כשאפשר, נודיע מראש ונאפשר לייצא את המידע.
15. הגבלת אחריות
במידה המרבית שהחוק מתיר: השירות ניתן כמות שהוא וכפי שהוא זמין, בלי אחריות מכל סוג; Easy2Find ומפעילו לא יהיו אחראים לנזק עקיף, תוצאתי או מיוחד, לאובדן הזדמנות תעסוקתית, לטעויות בטפסים שאישרת, לסגירה של משרות או לפעולות של אתרים ומעסיקים; והאחריות הכוללת לא תעלה על הסכום ששולם לשירות ב-12 החודשים שקדמו לאירוע, או 100 ₪ – הגבוה מביניהם. אין בתנאים האלה כדי לגרוע מזכויות שלא ניתן לוותר עליהן לפי דין, כולל חוק הגנת הצרכן.
אם השימוש שלך בשירות בניגוד לתנאים יגרום לתביעה נגדנו, האחריות לנזק שנגרם עקב ההפרה היא שלך.
16. דין ושיפוט
על התנאים האלה חל הדין הישראלי, וסמכות השיפוט הבלעדית נתונה לבתי המשפט המוסמכים בתל אביב-יפו. משתמשים שהם צרכנים באיחוד האירופי שומרים על ההגנות שהדין במדינתם מקנה להם.

Easy2Find finds jobs and helps you apply. It is provided as is, in beta.
Nothing is submitted without your click, and you are responsible for what is sent in your name.
The assistant never creates accounts, types passwords or solves security checks on other sites.
The service is free during the beta, with usage limits.
1. Who we are and acceptance
The Easy2Find service (easy2find.co.il) is operated in Israel by Easy2Find ("we"). Contact: support@easy2find.co.il.
To sign in you must accept these terms and the Privacy Policy. The service is intended for people aged 18 and over.
2. The service
Easy2Find reads companies' public job boards, matches postings to the searches you save, sends alerts, and offers three ways to apply: an assistant that fills the form in a browser running on our servers, a Chrome extension that fills forms in your own browser, and, in the future, sending an email from your own Gmail. The service is in beta and provided as is: a job may already be closed, its details may be inaccurate, a form may not be filled completely, or a site may not accept the application. We do not promise interviews or employment.
3. Your account
You sign in with a Google account. During the beta, sign-up is by invitation only.
One account per person, for your own job search. You may not open an account in someone else's name.
You are responsible for keeping access to your account and connected devices secure. You can sign out devices and disconnect the extension from Settings.
4. Applications in your name – your responsibility
"Apply for me" authorises Easy2Find to fill an application form, in your name, for the job you chose, using your profile and the résumé you chose.
Nothing is sent without your click: on "Submit the application" in the assistant, on the site's own Submit button when you use the extension, or on "Send" in an email preview (once that option is enabled). Each application is sent once.
Before you click, it is your responsibility to check the form, the details, the résumé and the cover letter.
What you enter must be true, current and your own. You alone are responsible for the content of applications sent in your name and for their consequences with the employer.
We mark an application as "sent" only with evidence: a confirmation page, a response from the hiring system, or a confirmation email. Without evidence it is marked "unconfirmed" and you should check your email.
5. What the assistant never does
It never creates accounts on employers' sites or hiring systems.
It never types passwords. When a site needs a sign-in or a new account, you do it yourself in the live view, and that account is yours to manage.
It never solves captchas and never bypasses security checks or blocks. When a site blocks it, you finish on the site by hand.
It never clicks submit without your click, and never sends the same application twice.
6. Third-party sites
Job boards, employers' sites and hiring systems belong to third parties that are not affiliated with Easy2Find. Your use of them is subject to their terms, and you agree to respect those terms when using the service.
We do not scrape or automate job aggregator sites such as LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Indeed, AllJobs, Drushim and JobMaster. Their jobs reach you only through alert emails you set up yourself on those sites. Before applying we look for the posting on the employer's own site; when there is none, you apply on the publishing site, by hand.
Easy2Find is not responsible for the content, availability or actions of third-party sites, including employers' decisions.
7. Acceptable use
You may not:
Apply in another person's name, or send mass applications that are not your own genuine job search.
Enter false, misleading or offensive information, or other people's information without their permission.
Collect data from the service automatically (scraping), circumvent rate limits or quotas, or try to access other users' data.
Harm the security or operation of the service, employers' sites or hiring systems.
Use the service unlawfully.
8. Limits
Every account has usage limits, shown in the app. During the beta the defaults are 10 automatic applications a month, 3 saved searches and 5 résumé files. An application counts toward the limit only when there is evidence it was sent. We may change the limits, and at busy times an application may wait or be delayed.
9. Price
The service is free during the beta. If a paid plan is introduced, its price and terms will be shown in advance, and nothing will be charged without your explicit, separate consent.
10. Use of AI
The service uses artificial intelligence (provider: Anthropic) to read and summarise job postings, extract facts from résumés, draft text and fill forms. AI can make mistakes, which is why everything sent in your name is shown to you before it is sent.
11. Content and intellectual property
You keep the rights to the content you upload (résumés, profile, letters). By providing it you allow us to use it only to provide the service to you, as described in the Privacy Policy. The Easy2Find service, code, name and design belong to its operator. Job postings belong to their publishers.
12. Privacy
How data is collected, stored and protected is described in the Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms.
13. Changes and availability
The service may change, be suspended or end, in whole or in part. We will announce material changes to these terms in advance, in the app or by email, and ask for consent again at your next sign-in where needed. Continuing to use the service after a new version's effective date means you accept it.
14. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time and delete your account from Settings. Deletion is immediate, as described in the Privacy Policy.
We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, puts the service, other users or third parties at risk, or where the law requires it. Where possible we will give notice and let you export your data first.
15. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows: the service is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind; Easy2Find and its operator are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages, lost employment opportunities, errors in forms you approved, jobs that closed, or the actions of sites and employers; and total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the service in the 12 months before the event, or ILS 100, whichever is higher. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be waived by law, including under the Israeli Consumer Protection Law.
If your use of the service in breach of these terms leads to a claim against us, you are responsible for the damage caused by that breach.
16. Law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Israeli law, and the competent courts in Tel Aviv-Jaffa have exclusive jurisdiction. Consumers in the European Union keep the protections their local law gives them.
