• 3–5 years of experience in financial controlling, FP&A, budgeting, or a similar financial role.
• Strong analytical and business-oriented mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong technological orientation.
• Experience with, or strong interest in, leveraging AI-powered tools to streamline workflows, automate routine tasks, and support data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent communication skills in Hebrew and English.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities independently.
• תואר ראשון בכלכלה, מנהל עסקים, חשבונאות, מימון או תחום רלוונטי אחר.
• 3–5 שנות ניסיון ב-Financial Controlling, FP&A, תקצוב או בתפקיד פיננסי דומה.
• יכולות אנליטיות גבוהות וראייה עסקית, לצד יכולת לתרגם נתונים לתובנות מעשיות התומכות בקבלת החלטות.
• ניסיון בעבודה מול מגוון ממשקים בסביבה דינמית ומהירת קצב.
• שליטה גבוהה ב-Excel ואוריינטציה טכנולוגית מפותחת.
