Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in financial controlling, FP&A, budgeting, or a similar financial role.
- Strong analytical and business-oriented mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- Advanced Excel skills and strong technological orientation.
- Experience with, or strong interest in, leveraging AI-powered tools to streamline workflows, automate routine tasks, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills in Hebrew and English.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities independently.
