- 8+ years in accounting, including public accounting (Big 4 or equivalent) and in-house experience at a US-listed or pre-IPO company.
- Strong US GAAP knowledge and experience working with external auditors through audits and quarterly reviews.
- Experience with an ERP implementation or migration (NetSuite preferred) from the business side.
- Familiarity with Israeli statutory, VAT and tax requirements, including transfer pricing, for a subsidiary.
- CPA (Israel or US) preferred.
- Fluent Hebrew and English, and comfortable with significant overlap with US hours.
- Familiarity with SOX controls, ideally from working with outside S
