Requirements

8+ years in accounting, including public accounting (Big 4 or equivalent) and in-house experience at a US-listed or pre-IPO company.
Strong US GAAP knowledge and experience working with external auditors through audits and quarterly reviews.
Experience with an ERP implementation or migration (NetSuite preferred) from the business side.
Familiarity with Israeli statutory, VAT and tax requirements, including transfer pricing, for a subsidiary.
CPA (Israel or US) preferred.
Fluent Hebrew and English, and comfortable with significant overlap with US hours.
Familiarity with SOX controls, ideally from working with outside S
