דרישות
- 10+ years in finance, accounting or finance systems, with at least 5 years leading ERP and finance system implementations.
- Hands-on NetSuite experience, including a multi-subsidiary or multi-currency rollout. Experience with Zip, Coupa, Ramp, Brex or similar preferred.
- Strong accounting foundation. CPA or equivalent preferred.
- Experience with SOX or IPO readiness, or working with external auditors on ITGC and application controls.
- Experience automating finance workflows (scripting, low-code, integration platforms, or AI tools) and the judgment to know when not to.
- Comfortable working across US and Israel time zones.
- Fintech or consumer lending background, and experience building a finance systems team from scratch, preferred.
