Requirements

10+ years in finance, accounting or finance systems, with at least 5 years leading ERP and finance system implementations.
Hands-on NetSuite experience, including a multi-subsidiary or multi-currency rollout. Experience with Zip, Coupa, Ramp, Brex or similar preferred.
Strong accounting foundation. CPA or equivalent preferred.
Experience with SOX or IPO readiness, or working with external auditors on ITGC and application controls.
Experience automating finance workflows (scripting, low-code, integration platforms, or AI tools) and the judgment to know when not to.
Comfortable working across US and Israel time zones.
Fintech or consumer lending background, and experience building a finance systems team from scratch, preferred.
