groundcover is a fast-growing B2D company set to reinvent the way developers monitor their cloud-native applications and impact their organization’s scale. We help teams by providing them with the insights they need to troubleshoot better and faster when trouble hits.
דרישות
- 5+ years of experience as a product manager.
- Strong technical background and understanding of software development processes, cloud-native architectures, and observability technologies (e.g., monitoring, logging, tracing, metrics, etc.).
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret complex data to make informed product decisions.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex software products, preferably in the SaaS or enterprise software space.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, customers, and stakeholders.
- Self-driven and highly motivated with a passion for technology, innovation, and solving customer challenges.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Familiarity with Kubernetes (K8s) and container orchestration technologies. (advantage)
- Previous experience in observability, APM (Application Performance Monitoring), or logging and monitoring space. (advantage)
- Knows SQL so can self-serve data analysis. (advantage)
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) and related services. (advantage)
