As AI reshapes cybersecurity, enterprises face a dual challenge: unlocking AI’s potential while defending against AI-driven attacks.
דרישות
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience: 8+ years of progressive FP&A experience, including leadership of corporate planning and management of analysts or cross-functional finance teams, preferably in a SaaS or high-tech environment.
- Proven experience leading finance partnership with senior leadership and the management team to shape financial decisions .
- Experience leading, coaching, and developing FP&A professionals while fostering accountability and effective cross-functional collaboration.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency, with the ability to oversee complex financial models and review analyses prepared by the team .
- Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite or similar ), financial planning tools (Pigment - advantage ) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Analytical Skills: Strong strategic judgment and analytical skills, with the ability to direct complex financial analyses and translate insights into recommendations for senior leadership .
- Communication Skills: Executive-level written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present financial insights clearly, influence decisions, and align finance and non-finance stakeholders.
