- BSc or MSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 7 years of hands-on experience building complex software systems.
- At least 3 years of experience as a team leader, actively contributing to design and code development.
- Experience designing and building core software systems that are an integral part of algorithmic and AI-driven solutions.
- Deep understanding of computer science fundamentals, including object-oriented design, performance optimization, and system complexity.
- Strong ability to lead end-to-end development processes while remaining technically involved.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
- A strong sense of ownership and accountability, leading by example and driving execution.
- A collaborative leader who listens, values others’ input, and motivates team members.
- Strong commitment to clean code, sound architecture, and high engineering standards.
