• Mother tongue/excellent (write, speak, read) in one of the following languages: French/Portuguese/Spanish/Russian (advantage)
• Background in Intelligence technologies and methodologies (advantage)
• Experience working in high-tech project-oriented companies and management in a matrix environment (advantage)
• In-depth knowledge in telecom network architecture for Telephony, Cellular and IP networks (e.g. PSTN, GSM, UMTS, LTE, SS7,Wifi, IOT) (advantage)
• In-depth knowledge in IP communications, protocols, applications and encryption (advantage)
• Experience in working with global customers (advantage)
