AppsFlyer is known for its massive backend production. At any given moment thousands of servers are consuming 200+ billion mobile app events daily, crunching our users' data, serving requests, and communicating on a massive scale.
דרישות
- 2+ years of experience managing engineers or technical teams
- 6+ years of development and design experience, with strong backend engineering skills
- Experience working with high-scale, distributed cloud-based architectures
- Strong architectural thinking, with experience leading migrations or modernization initiatives
- Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills to work successfully with engineers, product owners, and business stakeholders
- Proven track record of recruiting and managing high-performing engineers
- Experience collaborating within a strong leadership team, with a team-player approach
- High motivation, can-do attitude, and multi-tasking ability
- B.Sc. in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- Experience with Domain-Driven Design (DDD) principles and practices (advantage)
- Experience with SaaS platform systems — identity, access management, billing, multi-tenancy, API gateways, or similar control-plane domains (advantage)
- Experience working on core entity systems, identity/account management, or SaaS onboarding flows (advantage)
