- Understand business needs by gathering and translating requirements with HR, Finance, and other stakeholders. Clearly document and scope projects.
- Manage HRIS projects end-to-end, including implementations of new modules and integrations (e.g., Hilan, ADP). Develop project plans, track milestones, coordinate testing, and ensure timely delivery.
- Oversee and support integrations between SuccessFactors, Ashby, Pigment, Tableau, Culture Amp, and other enterprise applications.
- Proven hands-on experience with HRIS systems (SuccessFactors, Workday, or similar), including data uploads, configuration, and system maintenance.
- Experience leading HR or system projects: requirement gathering, cross-team coordination, progress tracking, and on-time delivery.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and a passion for leveraging technology to improve them.
- Excellent project management skills, including timeline management, effective communication, and juggling multiple priorities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills in cross-functional environments.
- Comfort with APIs, data workflows, and automation concepts. You don’t need to be a software engineer but must be eager to learn new tools.
- Commitment to data integrity and accuracy, and willingness to advocate for high data quality.
- Background in Industrial Engineering or Information Systems. (advantage)
