• 3+ years of hands-on experience in machine learning, AI engineering, or cybersecurity development.
• Strong understanding of penetration testing, vulnerability research, and exploitation techniques.
• Builder mindset - thrives in fast-paced, early-stage startup environments with full ownership.
• Proficiency in Python, with experience building automation frameworks, orchestrators, or integrations.
• Proven ability to deliver production-grade AI systems (CI/CD, monitoring, rollback, scalability).
• Experience building AI agents or orchestration frameworks (advantage)
• Background combining AI models with offensive security tools. (advantage)
• Contributions to open-source projects in cybersecurity, exploit development, or agentic AI systems. (advantage)
• Advanced degree (M.Sc/Ph.D.) in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related technical field. (advantage)
