- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Law – Mandatory
- High-level English - Mandatory
- 4-5 years of experience in taxation – Mandatory
- Experience and/or ability to work with AI tools – Mandatory
- Experience from large CPA/Law firms or tax authority – Advantage
