תקציר
We are seeking a hands-on, results-oriented Project Management Officer (PMO) to lead and execute cross-functional projects across the Global Supply Chain organization.
דרישות
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in PMO, project management, supply chain, operations, or a similar cross-functional role.
- Proven experience independently leading complex cross-functional projects from initiation to completion.
- Broad practical knowledge of supply chain processes, with exposure to global planning, procurement, and logistics.
- Experience working with international teams, global stakeholders, suppliers, or sites outside the home country.
- Strong project planning, execution, prioritization, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage several workstreams simultaneously.
- Strong analytical capabilities and confidence working with operational data, KPIs, and management reporting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with project management and collaboration tools.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills, including the ability to influence without direct authority.
- Fluent English, written and spoken.
- Experience in a global manufacturing or industrial environment. (advantage)
- Experience with ERP and supply chain systems, such as planning, procurement, inventory, logistics, or manufacturing systems. (advantage)
