Nova is looking for a hands-on Software Team Lead to shape a new technology product that will form Nova's next-generation platform for the semiconductor industry.

- 4+ years of hands-on software design and development experience.
- 3 years of proven managerial experience
- Expert-level C#/.NET, with strong software architecture, concurrency and debugging skills.
- Proven hands-on technical leadership, mentoring and end-to-end project delivery.
- Strong practical GitHub Copilot skills for implementation, refactoring, testing and debugging, including creating reusable skills (SKILL.md), context engineering and dedicated agents; independently review and validate generated code.
- Hands-on Docker experience, including deployment and troubleshooting.
- Working knowledge of Python for automation, tooling and integration.
- Experience with Git, CI/CD, automated tests and service/API integration.
- Strong knowledge of hardware interfaces and hands-on experience integrating software with hardware, including device communication and troubleshooting hardware-software interactions.
- Semiconductor or other multidisciplinary systems; image-processing integration; gRPC and SQL databases. Experience building in-house AI/LLM infrastructure, including model hosting, integration and evaluation. (advantage)
