- 8+ years of software engineering experience, including a proven track record of leading engineering teams in startup and high-growth environments.
- Experience managing multiple teams or team leads
- Strong system architecture and cloud-native platform experience
- Experience with microservices architectures and large-scale systems
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Experience in cybersecurity, DevSecOps, or developer tooling (advantage)
- Experience scaling engineering teams from early-stage to growth-stage companies (advantage)
- Familiarity with AI-driven platforms or data-intensive systems (advantage)
