- Bachelor’s degree in law, regulatory affairs, aviation, public policy, engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in regulatory affairs, compliance, legal advisory, or a related role in a highly regulated industry.
- Experience working with regulatory frameworks, compliance processes, or regulatory agencies.
- Experience in the aviation, aerospace, or drone industry – a strong plus.
- Familiarity with Federal Aviation Regulations and aviation-related standards – a strong plus.
- Experience supporting certification, approvals, licensing, or similar regulatory processes – a strong plus.
- Native-level proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Ability to interpret complex regulatory requirements and translate them into clear, practical guidance.
- Ability to write in a concise, organized, and coherent manner.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Self-starter with sound judgment and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
