- At least 3 years of proven experience in project management
- Proven experience in the commercial management of customer contracts – including managing contractual milestones, deliverables, and payment terms, and understanding their business and financial implications.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e. g., Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, system engineering or similar) – mandatory
- High level of English – spoken and written
- Strong organizational skills and attention to details
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities effectively
- Availability and willingness for travel (approximately 40% of the role) is expected.
- Experience working in defense industry - advantage
