- 5+ years (senior level) working with Node.js or Java
- 3+ years working with MongoDB
- 1+ years of experience with the NestJS framework
- Experience working with microservices architecture
- B.Sc in Computer Science / Software Engineering or equivalent field
- Independent but knows how to be professionally dominant in a team
- Demonstrated fluency with AI coding tools (e.g., Claude Code, GitHub Copilot,) as a genuine accelerant in day-to-day engineering not just occasional use
- Working with Kubernetes and Docker deployment (advantage)
- Experience with Firebase Services like Functions, Storage and Authentication (advantage)
