- Track record of owning and shipping complex, technical products — ideally involving AI, data platforms, or algorithmic systems.
- Hands-on leader who is equally comfortable setting direction and rolling up their sleeves to get things done.
- Strong people manager who can coach PMs, build a healthy team culture, and hold a high performance bar.
- Customer-facing confidence — experience engaging directly with enterprise buyers, presenting to senior stakeholders, and turning feedback into product decisions.
- Solid grasp of UX principles and experience working closely with designers throughout the product process.
- Business-minded: understands how product decisions connect to revenue, retention, and company growth.
- Clear, direct communicator who can simplify complexity for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Thrives in ambiguity, moves fast, and takes full ownership of outcomes.
