Nova's Dimensional Metrology Division is looking for a Software Product Manager to lead the strategy, commercialization, and lifecycle management of the division's software-based products.
דרישות
- B.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
- Proven experience as a Product Manager for software products or in a senior software-related role with product ownership responsibilities.
- Strong business and strategic thinking, including market analysis, competitive assessment, and business case development.
- Ability to translate customer needs, market trends, and business opportunities into clear product requirements and roadmap priorities.
- Proven ability to work closely with customers, understand complex technical and business needs, and build long-term relationships.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a highly technical, multidisciplinary environment.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment without direct authority.
- Willingness to travel internationally frequently.
- Minimum of 3 years of engineering experience in the semiconductor equipment industry. (advantage)
- Strong knowledge of semiconductor processes and equipment. (advantage)
- Experience with software products used in complex industrial, metrology, process control, or semiconductor manufacturing environments. (advantage)
