Port is the Agentic SDLC Platform. The way engineering teams build software is constantly evolving, and every new wave - such as AI agents operating across the SDLC- makes engineering more powerful, but also more complex and chaotic.
דרישות
- 5+ years in analytics, BI, or data product management working in B2B SaaS companies, ideally developer tooling or platform.
- Strong understanding of business analytics, KPI definition, and metrics design.
- Proven experience owning data and analytics products end-to-end, from business problem definition and measurement strategy through strategy, development, and production.
- Experience working with a modern data stack: warehouse (Snowflake or similar), dbt or an equivalent transformation layer, a semantic layer, and a BI tool.
- Ability to translate business questions into analytical frameworks, metrics definitions, and dashboards.
- Strong communication skills and stakeholder management across technical and non-technical teams, with the ability to communicate insights clearly to business leaders.
