Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional experience in a client-facing position, such as Solutions Engineering, technical sales, consulting, product management, or Forward Deployed Engineering.
- Strong consultative selling abilities, with a customer-first mindset and the capacity to understand business challenges, customer workflows, and technical environments before recommending solutions.
- Hands-on experience with agentic software development, including having built an AI agent or implemented a common agent-based workflow. A formal software engineering background is not required.
- Ability to translate complex customer requirements into practical solution architectures and identify the appropriate tools, technologies, and services to address them.
- A combination of customer-facing or sales experience and strong technical knowledge, allowing you to communicate confidently with both business stakeholders and engineering teams.
- Experience scoping and pricing projects or commercial opportunities within real-world deadlines and collaborating across sales, product, and engineering functions.
- Strong problem-solving skills, initiative, and a high degree of ownership, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and independently drive projects forward.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to different audiences.
- Experience supporting enterprise sales cycles and managing complex business opportunities. (advantage)
- Background in performance marketing, advertising technology (AdTech), or digital marketing solutions. (advantage)
- Previous experience in the creative industry, including creative production, design, or related services. (advantage)
- Entrepreneurial or founding experience, with an understanding of building and scaling new products or services. (advantage)
