Techdin, part of Guideline Group, is looking for a VP Sales & Customer Experience to lead our commercial strategy, revenue growth, and end-to-end customer experience.

• Significant experience leading commercial operations and driving growth in a technology company.
• Proven experience managing sales teams and managers.
• Management experience in Customer Experience, Customer Success, Customer Service, or Support.
• Strong business acumen, analytical skills, and experience managing KPIs, budgets, and performance.
• Strategic mindset, strong cross-functional leadership, and a hands-on approach.
• B2B SaaS experience- strong advantage.
