דרישות

• 3+ years of work experience in an in-house legal department of a company or in a law firm
• Strong understanding of data privacy law, and experience in e-commerce, platform and technology regulations. Knowledge of Austrian corporate law is a plus.
• A solid generalist background with broad experience across commercial law, compliance, and regulatory topics is a must.
• Strongly motivated to tackle legal projects in other domains relevant to refurbed ’s business where necessary
• Excellent communication skills in English and German, both verbal and written. Additional language skills (e.g., in Italian) are a plus.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate legal risks and develop proactive solutions to mitigate them.
• Proven project and stakeholder-management skills to master larger projects.
• Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment.
• Degree in Austrian / German Law. (Experience in Austrian law is required).
