- 3+ years of experience in Corporate IT, Systems Administration, or IT Operations in a high-growth tech environment.
- Strong experience managing Google Workspace, Okta (or Azure AD/Entra ID), and macOS/Windows endpoints via MDM tools (Jamf, Kandji, Intune).
- Solid understanding of API fundamentals, OAuth2, SCIM, and Webhooks to connect enterprise SaaS applications.
- Practical experience working with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic Claude), prompt engineering, and modern AI tools.
- Hands-on experience with workflow/automation platforms (e.g., n8n, Make.com, Zapier, Workato, or Python/Bash scripting).
- Knowledge of baseline AI security, data privacy standards, and governance when integrating LLMs into corporate environments.
- Cross-functional communication: Ability to interview non-technical team members, understand their operational friction, and map out clean automated solutions.
- High problem-solving autonomy with a mindset for efficiency, process optimization, and proactive maintenance.
- Fluent English (written and verbal).
- Experience with AI routing layers (e.g., LiteLLM, Bedrock) or Vector Databases/RAG frameworks. (advantage)
- Basic understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS or GCP).Background in media production tools (Adobe Creative Cloud, DaVinci Resolve) or content creation workflows. (advantage)
