We are looking for a Program Manager to run the most complex, cross-company projects in Wonderful's product organization, working directly with our Chief Product Officer.

- 5+ years of program management, technical program management, consulting, strategy or operations experience in technology companies
- Track record of delivering complex, cross-functional programs from inception to delivery
- Experience working directly with senior executives and influencing leaders without direct authority
- Strong organizational, planning and prioritization skills, with the ability to run several programs at once
- Enough technical understanding to work with engineering teams on scope, dependencies and trade-offs
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- AI-native, with demonstrated ability to use AI tools to plan, track and redesign workflows
- Background as an engineer, TPM, management consultant or chief of staff (advantage)
- Experience with enterprise software launches or large B2B customer deployments (advantage)
- Experience with AI or LLM-based products (advantage)
- Experience working across several countries and time zones (advantage)
- Experience in a fast-growing startup (advantage)
