We’re looking for a Senior Monetization Designer to join our creative team and help shape fun, engaging in-game experiences that boost player enjoyment, retention, and monetization.
דרישות
- Degree in Visual Communication or related field (preferred but not required)
- 2-3 years of experience in design - ideally in gaming, apps, or digital products (preferred but not required)
- Strong proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator .
- Familiarity with AI design tools (e.g., Midjourney, Firefly, DALL·E).
- A genuine passion for games , user experience, and creative marketing.
- Detail-oriented, curious, and proactive mindset.
- Experience in the gaming or entertainment industry. (advantage)
- Motion design skills (After Effects or similar). (advantage)
- Understanding of player psychology and in-game economy principles. (advantage)
