- Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience managing financial information systems within a global environment (SaaS/High-Tech industry preferred).
- Core Systems: Proven hands-on experience with Zuora Billing and/or NetSuite Financials, as well as Workday and ERP systems such as Oracle or SAP.
- Team & Vendor Management: Proven experience managing teams and external vendors/contractors, including setting priorities, overseeing delivery, and ensuring high-quality outcomes.
- Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated experience with SQL, REST APIs, and system integration tools/iPaaS platforms.
- Project Delivery: Strong background in leading complex financial tech projects using Agile methodologies.
- Analytical & Soft Skills: Excellent analytical, data-driven problem-solving skills with a track record of effective stakeholder management up to upper management levels.
- Language & Communication: Fluent written and spoken English with exceptional communication skills.
- Mindset: Highly motivated, hard-working, and resilient, with a positive, solution-oriented attitude.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
