- 5-7 years of relevant FP&A experience from a software/SaaS company
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Industrial Engineering, Accounting, or Business Administration (MBA/CPA is an advantage)
- Experience owning FP&A independently, ideally with end-to-end responsibility for the function.
- Deep expertise in SaaS metrics (ARR, NRR, Churn, CAC, LTV) to evaluate and drive business performance
- Strong analytical skills - data mining, slice & dice data, spotting trends, and drawing conclusions for managerial-level discussions
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Hands-on experience with CRM/ERP systems and databases is required, including Salesforce reporting. NetSuite experience is strongly preferred.
- Proven builder with AI tools (Claude strongly preferred), comfortable designing prompts, structured workflows, and lightweight automation. Experience building or maintaining AI-assisted reporting/analysis pipelines is a strong plus.
- Familiarity with BI tools such as Looker is preferred.
