Requirements
- 6+ years of experience building and shipping production software, with a strong backend engineering background.
- Experience shipping LLM applications, AI agents, or ML systems to production.
- Strong software design, data structures, and system architecture skills.
- A track record of owning complex features from design through production operation.
- Proficiency in TypeScript, Python, Go, or a comparable language.
- Experience building distributed systems in a cloud environment, with practical knowledge of containers, orchestration, and databases.
- Experience building evaluation systems for AI or security workflows. (advantage)
- Background in cybersecurity, offensive security, or infrastructure-heavy products. (advantage)
- Open-source contributions or technical writing. (advantage)
- An advanced degree (M.Sc. or Ph.D.) in Computer Science or a related technical field. (advantage)
