- 7+ years of product management experience, including direct experience managing hardware and/or firmware products such as connected devices, IoT, or medical devices
- Experience owning consumer-facing software products and roadmaps
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex eligibility, enrollment, operational, or data workflows
- Strong product judgment and ability to balance user needs, technical constraints, and business priorities
- Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership skills, including the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Proven ability to drive execution with a high degree of ownership and operational rigor in a fast-moving environment
- Experience in healthcare, digital health, medication adherence, or connected medical devices (advantage)
- Familiarity with employer benefits or health plan eligibility systems (advantage)
- Experience working with healthcare channel partners such as health plans, PBMs, or pharmacy networks (advantage)
- Experience with accessibility standards or regulated device documentation (advantage)
