Requirements
- 4+ years in HR operations, ideally in a global technology or gaming company
- Hands-on HRIS experience and a track record of improving processes through systems
- Experience building automations or AI-assisted workflows, plus a clear vision for how AI can transform HR operations
- Solid knowledge of core HR processes and international employment arrangements, including EOR platforms like Deel or Remote
- Strong analytical and data skills,
- A strong owner mindset: you drive projects independently, with attention to detail and discretion with sensitive information
- Fluent English, written and spoken
