We are looking for a passionate and driven People Partner to join our dynamic People team in Israel for a 1-year maternity leave replacement. In this role, you will report to the Director of People in IL and serve as a strategic partner to our tech and R&D departments locally and globally.

- 5-6 years of experience in the HR domain, with at least 3 years as a People Partner (HRBP) in a global, fast-paced high-tech company.
- Willing and able to commit to a 1-year temporary position (Maternity Leave Cover).
- Energetic, self-motivated, proactive, authentic, and results-driven. You do not shy away from hard conversations and you bring yourself into every room you walk into.
- AI savvy - used AI to improve/leverage best practices for HR in a global company.
- Strong collaborative spirit—someone who brings positive energy, loves working closely with teammates, and enjoys the journey.
- Excellent ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
- Proven ability to navigate ambiguity, adapt quickly to change, and handle complex scenarios with resilience and discretion.
- Fluent in written and spoken business English and Hebrew.
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Psychology, Organizational Development, or a related field (Master's is an advantage).
