- Technical Foundation: B.Sc. in Computer Science (or related) and 2–3 years of R&D Project Management in a global software org
- A "Builder" Mindset: A proven track record of moving beyond existing tools to create custom technical solutions for workflow gaps
- AI Literacy: Hands-on experience with the LLM landscape, Prompt Engineering, and leveraging APIs for optimization
- Full-Stack Mindset: A desire to understand the entire product ecosystem, from UX and front- end behavior to deployment pipelines and data stores
- Agile Agility: Comfort in fast-paced environments where priorities shift and AI-driven evolution is the goal
- Scripting: Experience with Python or JavaScript for data automation (advantage)
- AI Architecting: Experience building LangChain agents, custom GPTs, or AI-PM tool integrations (advantage)
- Security Context: Knowledge of Cyber Security solutions or CyberArk products (advantage)
- MBA, M.Sc, or PMI/PMP (advantage)
