We built an agentic platform that helps content creators, podcasters, marketers, and major brands like Spotify, TED, NBC, Netflix, and Disney capture and create high quality audio and video content with ease. The traditional production process is slow and never built for today's scale.
דרישות
- A real background as a hands-on software developer, specifically in Backend Engineering and/or Developer Experience.
- Experience in DevOps, SRE or infrastructure, either hands-on or leading those teams
- Experience leading multiple teams through team leads (group manager, director or similar)
- Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure and Kubernetes (AWS, GCP or similar)
- A track record at SaaS companies, ideally in a fast growing scale-up
- A clear communicator who can explain technical trade-offs to engineers and to the business
- Comfortable building structure where there is little, and moving fast under ambiguity
- Experience with security, AI infrastructure or media streaming - a big plus!
