We are hiring an Asset management Specialist to join our R&D department. This is a hands on infrastructure role for someone who views asset management through an engineering lens.

- 3-5 years of experience in Technical Asset Management, Infrastructure Operations, or Engineering Ops within a high-tech/R&D environment, ideally supporting multi-project or multi-client infrastructure.
- Hands-on experience with AWS and/or Oracle Cloud (OCI), as well as VMware environments.
- DevOps Orientation: Solid understanding of the DevOps lifecycle. Experience with tools like Terraform, Docker, or Ansible - a significant advantage.
- Proven knowledge of complex software licensing models (subscription, per-core, per-seat, enterprise agreements).
- Ability to log into consoles, navigate complex CLI/GUI interfaces, and extract necessary data independently.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of defining processes in a dynamic environment.
- Experience with ITAM/CMDB platforms (e.g., Jira Assets, Snipe-IT, ServiceNow). (advantage)
- Experience managing infrastructure or assets across multiple concurrent projects/environments (agency, MSP, or multi-client background is a plus)
- Ability to write basic scripts (Python/Bash/PowerShell) for data automation. (advantage)
- Experience integrating asset data with ticketing (Zendesk, Jira SM, ServiceNow) or discovery/monitoring tools. (advantage)
