- Brings a solid background in production support and incident management, ensuring system reliability and swift resolution of issues.
- Excels at providing technical mentorship and conducting effective code reviews for engineers at varying experience levels.
- Possesses excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, adept at navigating dependencies and fostering alignment with partner teams.
- Deep understanding and practical application of Agile methodologies to optimize team workflows and delivery.
- Demonstrates strong experience in technical project management, driving complex software development roadmaps from conception to delivery.
- Familiarity with modern security best practices and architectural patterns in a SaaS environment. (advantage)
- Prior experience in a fast-growing tech company, navigating scale-up challenges. (advantage)
- Experience building real-time systems (WebSockets, pub/sub, event streaming) at high scale. (advantage)
