We’re growing and looking to hire a Software Engineer Team Leader who embodies our core values: People First, Customer Obsession, Strive for Excellence, and Integrity.

- Proven Leadership: 3+ years of experience leading R&D teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong Technical Foundation: 5+ years of experience in backend development, with a strong track record of building complex systems in Python.
- AI & LLM Architecture: experience building and deploying production-grade LLM applications, RAG systems, AI agents, and natural language interfaces.
- System Architecture: Experience building distributed, high-availability systems that handle real-time traffic and data.
- AI-Assisted Development: Proficiency in utilizing AI development tools (specifically Cursor and Claude) to accelerate development workflows, code generation, and problem-solving.
- Strong background in cloud-native platforms, containerization and modern CI/CD pipelines. (advantage)
- Experience in the Cybersecurity industry. (advantage)
