Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on software development experience.
- Hands-on experience building AI applications on LLM APIs (e.g., Anthropic, OpenAI, Azure OpenAI), with at least one solution delivered to production or customer use.
- Experience with agentic development: tool and function calling, multi-step orchestration, MCP, or agent frameworks (LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, or similar).
- Strong skills in TypeScript/Node.js and/or Python.
- Experience leading or mentoring developers, or acting as the technical owner of a project.
- Highly organized and able to manage several workstreams at once.
- A fast learner who is comfortable ramping up on new domains, SAP included.
- Strong communication skills in Hebrew and English, including explaining technical topics to non-technical audiences.
- SAP BTP, CAP (Node.js), SAPUI5/Fiori, or S/4HANA Public Cloud extensibility. (advantage)
- SAP AI Core, Generative AI Hub, or Joule. (advantage)
- RAG, vector databases, and LLM evaluation. (advantage)
- Cloud deployment (BTP, Azure, or AWS) and CI/CD. (advantage)
