Shield is a global startup with offices in TLV, NYC, LDN, and LIS. We're looking for a Senior Backend Engineer who will join our team and make a big impact.
דרישות
- 4 - 8 years of backend engineering experience
- At least 1 year with Java; additional years in any backend language (Go, Python, C#, TypeScript, etc.)
- Hands-on experience with data stores (e.g. MySQL/PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Elasticsearch, Redis)
- Familiarity with event-driven architecture and at least one message broker
- Cloud experience (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- You use AI tools daily - and if you've built AI agents, even better
- Data engineering background is a plus, but not required
- Collaborative, communicative, and ownership-driven
- Curious and self-directed - you push to understand the why, not just the what
- A self-learner who takes initiative, owns their work end-to-end, and brings a can-do attitude
