- 5+ years of experience building and shipping production software
- Strong fundamentals in software design, data structures, and system architecture
- Proven track record of designing, building, and shipping features end-to-end, from initial architecture to production.
- Proven experience developing and integrating AI capabilities (LLMs, AI agents, or ML pipelines) into production systems
- Comfort working across the stack and picking up new technologies quickly
- Advanced proficiency in using AI coding tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code, Copilot) in real work, with the ability to lead AI-driven workflows across the team
- Background in cybersecurity, offensive security, or infrastructure-heavy products (advantage)
- Experience in a high-growth startup environment (advantage)
- Open source contributions or technical writing (advantage)
