VPG is seeking a highly motivated Field Design Engineer (FDE) to serve as the primary technical and commercial interface between customers, distribution partners, and internal teams.
דרישות
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or related technical field preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in field applications engineering, technical sales, design engineering, or account management.
- Strong technical sales capabilities - Must!
- 2-4 years of experience in customer support
- Experience in management of direct reports (or equivalent)
- Experience supporting OEM customers within industrial, aerospace, defense, medical, semiconductor, instrumentation, or automation markets.
- Strong problem-solving, independence, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage technical and commercial discussions with customers and distribution partners.
- Experience with CRM systems, opportunity management, and forecasting tools (Nice to have an advantage)
