- Bachelor's degree in Accounting – Mandatory
- Successfully passed the CPA board exams – Mandatory
- At least one year of prior experience in external auditing – Mandatory
- High-level English proficiency – Mandatory
- Prior experience in the Real Estate sector – An advantage
- Strong teamwork skills, initiative, and excellent organizational skills
- High attention to detail and a strong service-oriented mindset
