- Build & Lead an Agile Talent Team: Direct, mentor, and actively scale a growing team of recruiters and talent sourcers. Set benchmarks for excellence, coach the team through complex pipeline challenges, remove operational roadblocks, and cultivate a culture of craft mastery and high accountability.
- Magnetize Elite Talent: Act as an ambassador for world class candidates, taking direct ownership of our most critical executive and niche searches while leading, mentoring, and elevating an agile, high performing recruiting team.
- Champion Operational Velocity: Build and refine tech enabled recruitment workflows. Command your pipeline metrics, eliminate friction for hiring managers, drive radical transparency, and execute with urgency.
- Serve as a Strategic HRBP: Act as a dedicated Human Resources Business Partner for a significant portion of the Kela teams. You will align people strategy with business objectives, coach leadership, navigate organizational design, and drive team health and engagement.
