We are looking for a Director of Construction – Israel to lead a team of project managers delivering large-scale solar, wind, and energy storage projects across Israel. The role requires multidisciplinary management expertise spanning infrastructure, engineering, finance, and commercial aspects.

- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Civil, or Mechanical Engineering, or another relevant field – required .
- At least 10 years of experience managing renewable energy and/or infrastructure projects, including civil works, electrical infrastructure (including substations and grid connection), and the management of contractors, consultants, and engineering designers – required .
- Familiarity with Israeli regulatory, permitting, and grid connection processes, including work with the Israel Electric Corporation (IEC) and Noga – an advantage .
- Experience managing budgets and the financial and commercial aspects of complex infrastructure projects – required .
- Proven experience leading and developing teams of project managers – required .
- Previous experience in the renewable energy sector – a significant advantage.
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and workstreams simultaneously.
- Strong technical orientation combined with strategic, big-picture thinking.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and MS Project – required .
- Native-level Hebrew and full professional proficiency in English, both spoken and written – required .
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently to project sites across Israel, with occasional international travel as required.
- Experience working with international teams and/or global equipment suppliers – an advantage .
