• Practical Engineer or Engineer (Electronics/Electrical) strong hands-on skills.
• Skills with lab equipment (oscilloscope, DMM, LCR meter, power supply).
• Ability to read schematics and understand analog and digital circuit behavior.
• Very good technical English (reading and writing).
• Background in power electronics — power converters, MOSFET/IGBT/SiC stages. (advantage)
• Background in testing equipment (advantage)
• Understanding of common electronic failure mechanisms (advantage)
